No that won't work, that's for the F8x m3/m4 - which has a different harmon kardon audio setup (different number of speaks, wattage etc), it won't fit on the m2.
You need this: Part number: 65122622869 https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/par...&q=65122622869 You'll likely have to get it coded as well.

It depends on if the amp has differences in software or is a slightly newer model vs. the one you have.
Some people have said they didn't need any coding, some have said they required a firmware update. So it depends.
