Still no delivery before the 16th?

Anyone else being told that BMW will not allow delivery before April 16th? I got that spiel this morning.

My dealer said they can't "RDR it" until 4/16 so I won't be able to use some apps and whatnot if I take it earlier. I don't care, so I'm getting it early if it shows up early! Currently it's been released for transportation.
