Not many things are more satisfying than washing winter crud off the M2C. Problem is, it won't last long looking like this.

was 45*F when i backed out of my garage at 530 this morning, so i took it nice and slow on my commute into the office. found a nice protective concrete column in the parking garage. looking forward to a spirited drive home via backroads since the temps should hit 60* today!
i'm biased, obviously, but SO looks so great in these shadowy light settings that really accentuate this car's beautiful lines!

Sunset Orange is an amazing colour on the M2C.
Doesn't seen to be many on the road in the UK. If I'd have had my time around again to order an M2C it would be Sunset and not Sapphire Black which is what I went for as a factory order. |

I keep hearing that as of today people would have ordered SO if they could. I remember when I did most people didn't really fall for it.
I still love it! |

Love those wheels! Would you mind posting a few more pictures and the exact size and spec along with your tire setup?

The wheels are HRE R101 Lightweight, as far as I know the lightest wheel for the M2. Front: 19x9,5 ET20, Cup 2 in 255/35/19 Rear: 19x10,5 ET40, Cup 2 in 275/35/19 This tire size is the one that provides the most amount of sidewall for a 19" setup on an M2. Some additional pictures: |

Two ends of the spectrum. Fun in different ways.

Finally swapped out my winter wheels/tires for the factory set after a long four months!
I know they're a pain to keep clean, but the 788s are stunning and really work well for the look of the M2C, IMHO. |

I personally don't like the looks of the 788m. I had originally ordered the 788m in black, but ended up regretting that decision since in Germany we could have ordered with 437m for around 800 EUR less.
Ended up selling them and getting the 763m at the time, never looked back |

I love the way the 788s catch the light with that alternate black/sliver look when they spin. There's a bit of bling there that the 763s don't have. Completely subjective, of course. |
