OEM M2/M2C wheel vs tire size options

--Front--
Tire size || Diameter (% - in) || Width || Wheel

245/35R19 || 0.0% - 25.8" || 9.6" || 19 x 8-9.5" <<--OEM
-Options-
255/35R19 || +0.8% - 26" || 10.0" || 19 x 8.5-10"
265/30R19 || -1.9% - 25.3" || 10.4" || 19 x 9-10"
265/35R19 || +1.9% - 26.3" || 10.4" || 19 x 9-10.5"

--Rear--
Tire size || Diameter (% - in) || Width || Wheel

265/35R19 || 0.0% - 26.3" || 10.4" || 19 x 9-10.5" <<-- OEM
-Options-
275/30R19 || -3.0% - 25.5" || 10.8" || 19 x 9-10"
275/35R19 || +1.1% - 26.6" || 10.8" || 19 x 9-11"
285/30R19 || -2.3% - 25.7" || 11.2" || 19 x 9.5-10.5"
285/35R19 || +2.3% - 26.9" || 11.2" || 19 x 9.5-11"
295/30R19 || -1.1% - 26" || 11.6” || 19 x 10-11"

I'd like more tire but not at the cost of inner or outer tire rub under extreme compression so I think I'm going to play it safe and go with the very slight upgrade of Front 255/35R19 and Rear 275/35R19.

What are other folks doing?

I was thinking the same although I would prefer more, just don't want to risk rubbing.

An M2 buddy of mine runs 255/35/19 & 285/35/19 RE-71R on the street & track with OEM wheels & suspension with no issues.

The 71R has a wider shoulder than most street tires, so if it works you’ll be fine with any tires in those sizes.

With 255/35 and 275/35 aka M4 oem fitment, there're plenty of good tires available. The downside is so that you have a slightly taller tire wall than M2 factory and similar traction (same compound of tire provided).

You can go thinner and wider with 265/30 and 285/295/30 for better aesthetic and of course traction, but that would come with the penalty of the stiffer ride, ballooned look(295/30) without wheel upgrade, heavier tire weight (will slow you from 3rd gear) and limited tire availability.

agree with above, 255/35-19 and 283/35-19 no problems.

I was thinking of going for 265/35/19 front & 285/35/19 rear - will this fit stock suspension & lowering springs (eibach)?
