Nothing available at Hendrick's at both locations. They had two HEA cars, one MG 6MT, which I test drove, and one LBB DCT but both have been sold.

Awesome to hear you finally got in one! How'd you like it compared to the E93??

And simmomi I am based in Raleigh and make my way to Charlotte occasionally. I will let you know next time I'll be in the area

Hi Alex, could to hear from you. Hope you & your awesome LBB fairing well.

I do like the M2 a lot. It drove great, although I couldn't push it to much since it only had less than 100 miles at the time I tested it. Great low end torque but nothing like the V8 ramble between 6K to 8K even on the heavy weight E93 M3.

Nonetheless it will be a great car to own and I feel very fortunate to be able to enjoy both.

Give me a shout when you are in Charlotte as well. I would very much like for my son to see your LBB. He is coming back from Florida at the end of the month.

If for whatever reason you don't see one before then, mine should be picked up from the performance center in September (assuming everything proceeds to schedule). I'm in Raleigh but will drive through Charlotte on my way back so I can post back in this thread then.

I've got an LBB exec DCT in Rock Thrill. Headed to ATL for a conf until Thurs. Let me know if you'd like me to meet you on the 85 corridor later this week and we can coordinate a meet up.

EDIT: I'm actually in columbia next week working with a client. if you are based there - we can meet in Cola.

I'm assuming you mean you live in Rock Hill? If so, that's perfect! Let me know when you'll be back and I'll meet up with you when you can. Thx!!!

I'm on holiday in California and did not spot an M2 yet (San Francisco, Pebble Beach, Highway 101 Pacific Drive). Now in Santa Barbara and subsequently moving to L.A.

Awesome. My buddy is a big BMW guy (mostly E30/M3 now but had an E46) and he saw Alex's at the recent BFI meet over the weekend. We should all go to a meet once we get the cars .

Side note, saw that you drove an MS3. It wouldn't happen to be red?

Flew with my wife and daughter from Europe to Houston. Then took a flight to Las Vegas to witness some desert craziness. Hired a car to travel to a couple of national parks (Sequoia, King's Canyon and Yosemite). Moved on to Frisco. Then the long drive Southbound along the Californian Pacific coastline. Down from Highway 101 seen fire high up in the mountains when driving through the Carmel valley area + firemen at work. Couple of days beach time in Santa Barbara. Getting to L.A. and Disneyland later this week. Subsequently returning to Las Vegas to fly back to Houston. Subsequently flying to New York for a few days before returning to Europe.

So that's Texas, Nevada, California and NY.

He loved the LBB. Couldn't stop gushing.

He's the reason I hated BMWs. He's also the reason I got the M2
