JeremyDFW - great pics. Looks so good. How's the ride on the lowered springs? I'm not asking about comfort but rather is it bouncy or unsettled with less travel?
It is slightly a bit more firm, not at all bouncy or unsettled. I ordered the F8x 7.5mm spacers from Turner Motorsports today, and I'll mount them next weekend. Once done I'll get a few straight forward and top down shots.

I would assume the rubbing (if dropped) is happening on the interior fender liner on extremely bumps or with someone in the back.

Pretty sure it's the rear. But to be fair, I'm investigating my drivers side rear spring...which for some reason sits a tad lower than rest (about 1/4") Likely the reason.

I'm on 12/10 and lowered on JRZ RS Two coilovers. At speed I also get rubbing on big dips. Might try raising my ride height a bit. Alternatively would upping the compression setting help?

Upping compression may help, but you're sacrificing if the ride is already comfortable for you. I'd probably raise the height a touch and see what that gives you.

To be honest, I'd probably be ok with just a little rubbing under heavy load.

Hello!

Wanted to just say I tried 10mm spacers on front with stock wheels & suspension, but I have big tyres (265 35 19) and they rub when turning.

There's no rubbing without the spacers.

Info if anyone was going to try this!

Anyone ran 10mm spacers all round with 255/35 f and 275/35 r on the oem 19’s? Cars lowered on coilovers.

Not so worried about the rear but with out top mounts and no extra camber I’m worried about the 255 front making contact.

This is 255/35 front and 275/35 rear Conti 5P's with 5mm spacers. Lowered a little on KW V3's. It's not my final fitment/stance... waiting for these tires to wear out to put 265/35 and 285/35 on. Just wanna show what this combo looks like.

Doesn't rub. Many people go that route or do 12f/10r. Lots of pictures in this thread and others of it.

Before my wheels came in, I was running 12mm spacers front and back on the Dinan spring kit. No rubbing whatsoever.
Hard to imagine 10's would be an issue on stock wheels/suspension.

10/10 is great. The rear ends up 2mm wider than front so that's why most people go for 10/8 or 12/10.

Maybe a dumb question, but there shouldn't be any issues with tracking the car with spacers right?

Also, question about installing. Is it basically:
- take wheel off
- put spacer on
- put wheel back on

Correct?

You have 10mm all around and it's rubbing on stock tires/suspension?
Seems like most posts say that 10/10 on stock tires/suspension is no problem. Just want to clarify as I'm thinking about getting 10mm spacers all around with stock tires/suspension.

Or are you saying you got 265s at the front and 10mm spacers on front and there is rubbing?

Do 12/10 spacers require longer than stock lugbolts or studs/nuts?

Yes, longer fasteners are needed to account for the spacer thickness.

The Macht Schnell Competition Spacer kits come with extended lugs, in black zinc-oxide coating finish just like OEM.

No way 10/10 rubs on stock tires/suspension.

No not stock tire size. I was running 265/35 on front and 285/35 on rear (285 on rear had no issue) but 265/35 on front WITH the 10mm spacer rubs when at full lock, rubbing on the inside of the wheel well. The issue is the side wall height, I would think 265/30 would be fine with the spacers.

I removed the spacers a while ago now, feel they are quite silly. Have different wheels now with the correct offset, looks better than having the spaced stock wheels.

Dabozo, I think you mentioned you're running 12f/10r? I know you're lowered too, but do you have links to pics on the forum anywhere? Or could you post a couple?

Looking to do 10/10 on stock wheels/suspension. May be planning to go 255/275 later too.

Not the greatest shots but gives you a bit of an idea. These are pics before drop however. But this thread has many other photos that can help you. If u want, I'll take some fresh ones. Just let me know what angles u prefer.

That is the correct way of going about it.
