Dinan Suspension Installed
I was wondering if anyone could provide some input on their experience with the Dinan suspension kit. For me personally the car rides more comfortably and feels more planted, but I was wondering if I'm not riding too high? Can those with the suspension chime in?

I love my dinan coilover set up - absorbs the small bumps on the freeway a lot better for sure .
You went with the Dinan recommended ride height ? I ended up going with 1” front and .75” rear |

Can you guys help me out?
If you have factory suspension can you measure the ride height? Ground to front fender lip) If you are on a Dinan coilover can you do the same? I would greatly appreciate this info so I can go back to Turner with specifics / data to back me up. Thank you |

Here are the before and after Dinan suspension pictures. I'm supposed to be lowered 1" front and 3/4" rear. Also seemed it should be a bit lower upfront.

However, I'm not that happy with the setup - too bouncy up front. I get 2-3 bounces with each bump in the road. I have -2.5 camber up front. The front was lowered 16mm (0.63") and rear 21mm (0.82") from stock. I have 4K miles on the Dinan (24K on the car) and the springs have settled a bit but still not acceptable. The ride is smoother than stock though if the road is in good shape. |

I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on actual KW and Dinan performance. I will probably be upgrading again.

Pls see the other thread on this subject. Maybe the bouncy ride has something to do with that. |

anyone installed these coilover sleeves (Dinan or KW) on aftermarket dampers instead of stock dampers?
The M2 stock dampers are bouncy to begin with if you drive close to the limit on less than perfect roads. Lowering the car on stock dampers will most likely not help with the bounciness. |

If you are going for pure looks then the KW will get you a nice stance/drop but at the expense of ride quality. If you lean more towards handeling/drivability and stance/looks as a secondary then I would say go Dinan. |

Just had the Dinan suspension installed today. Drove around 65 miles afterward, and agree that if you're after a more compliant ride daily, it's fantastic. It settles the ride down but still keeps it fun. Wound up doing the max drop up front and around 1/2" rear to balance the car out. Also wound up doing 12F/10R on spacers and again - no issues. Feels great.
