I have shopped at numerous BMW dealerships in Southern California, Rusnak really is on a completely different level. Incredibly insulting when it comes to pricing. It would be one thing if they just threw a ridiculous number at you and you then walk out. Instead they will lie to you and try to hide their profit, they wouldn't even let me take a deal sheet home because it was full of circular math. They lied straight to my face. They will use your down payment and say they are giving you the amount of your down payment as off of MSRP, they bump up money factors on leases as well as base APR just because it is an M car. This wasn't even for an M2, it was for another less in demand M car. These guys play beyond dirty, and don't value ethics. I never bought a car from them and never will, but they did lie to me on the phone to get me to drive out to their dealership. Them asking $25K above MSRP for an M2 is just the beginning as I'm sure they will try to add hidden fees or bump up rates. This is just who they are.

Doesn't surprise me. Lots of dealerships of all make and models out there that do the same crooked crap.

I just stick to my deleter that I've been dealing with for 8 years.
