Been to Australia and NZ. Absolutely stunning countries. Maybe someday again, I hope.
I wouldn't bother with Tahiti this time though.

Nick, it gets better. In 2 years time you can fly direct to Sydney and Melbourne from NYC or London with the new airbus A350-1000s coming online.

Although I haven't done it yet, I'm told, one of the best ways to fly our way is to have a couple of days in Cook Islands (if flying Air NZ) OR your own Hawaii if flying any airline

It breaks the flight time to roughly two lots of 9-hour flights for each sector (if coming from LA)

Looking forward to seeing you this side of the pond one day soon

Jimjamz I'm not sure how pleasant it would be spending almost 20 hours in an aircraft - I have enough of a hard time justifying 14 hours SYD-LAX

As long as you are flying business the LAX to SYD flight is one of the easiest there is. Nice meal, wine movie, sleep. You've arrived.

I don't disagree with you there, the problem in my part at least, my back doesn't love me as much as it used to. It doesn't matter how comfortable it is in business class, flying any more than 8 or 9 hours at a time, becomes rather daunting for me.

That's why, I break my long haul trips into two portions with a two or three day break in between.

There is an excessive amount of surface rust on the rotor hardware and the wheel weights. Perhaps this car has spent a good deal of time outside?

Underhood pics don't look so good either. Coastal town? Makes me feel pretty good about how clean I keep mine under the hood. Where are the original wheels? Undecided if it's good or bad that they didn't try to detail it before listing it.

This is a video is Chris Harris's M2c in for a detail. Fast forward to 1:30 and you will see how nasty the roads he drives must be. He also has a video of his yellow 991.2 looking the same way.

Those also aren't OEM wheels. I wonder what he did with those. Maybe a dedicated track set.

Look at the detail video I linked above and fast forward to minute 1:30.

Forgetting my weekend / Fun cars, my DD's including the trucks that I've owned have never looked like that. Might be an indication of the level of emotional investment he has with his cars. This is not an indictment on him, most of the population doesn't value car like us forum members.

The previous owner of my e90 m3 manual slicktop is a pro racer and drifter - tyler mcquarrie (search for him in YouTube). The m3 was fine with no major mechanical issues other than some worned out cosmetic stuff before I bought it since it was his DD. Most pro racers are quite civilized with their own personal car. Harris might be the exception since he just thrashes everything including his personal cars just for content views.

Yeah I shouldn't say they're not OEM. They are, but they're from the m performance catalog with the stamp on the barrel like you said. I have the same 763m frozen gold on my cs but the ones that came with the car don't have the stamp logo
