BMW F87 M2CS Akrapovic Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade & Walkaround

2020 BMW M2CS with Akrapovic Titanium Slip-On Line and Titanium Evolution Link pipe set.
The BMW M2CS included a lot of M Performance parts as standard. Including the CS Carbon Fibre front lip, carbon fibre mirror cover, Red M Competition Front 6 pot rear 4 pot brake kit, Frozen Gold 763M Forged wheels, carbon fibre rear diffuser, CS carbon fibre rear spoiler, and of course carbon fibre bonnet.
The only thing is the exhaust system was almost the same as a regular M2 Competition. Exhaust sound quality seems like it doesn't fit this performance car, which makes Akrapovic an essential mod for this ride.

Was informed by the dealer that there are 15 total, one of which in Hockenheim Silver (DCT) which remains unsold as of today.

I signed for a Misano Blue earlier this month and delivery is due later this week.

Love the HK Silver on DCT. But I'm biased

It is a nice color and beautiful pics as well, Jimjamz.

It was my choice originally but sales told me the car was held for another customer that was firming up on the deal. They got this Misano Blue car stashed away in inventory offered so I quickly jumped on it before I miss the chance. Either way, I am very happy to have secured one.

You can’t go wrong with either colour they are equally great.
But I’m biased also, having owned both 😁

Eisenmann I think can be catback. I heard a M2C with it at in sounds deep and classy without the titanium clatter of Akrapovic which I don't love.

I have the Eisenmann valved, AA equal length resonated, and AA Gesi Down pipes sitting in the garage to go on the CS July 14th. Cant wait to hear it.

I have your exact set up (or soon to be) minus the down pipes. Click the link and enjoy.

Guys, do you have an idea of the sound we get, if I only remove the gpf’s and resonators? And if there will be a CEL, since there is a change in exhaust gas flow…

Thanks for the video.
But this one has the back box of akrap.

What I want to do is, removing only the opf’s, while keeping the original end muffler. Some says you get a check engine light, some sayf you dont…

The opf is on the link pipe. If you remove the link pipe, you may get the engine light while you driving your car, it's impossible to say when, but high chance it may happen. The engine will also be locked on 2000rpm, but there won't be any safety problem, you can still drive the car without issues. If you want to have the engine rpm limit removed and the engine light gone, you'll need to find a local shop to help with remapping.
