Careful buying from BMW El Cajon

Long story short, BMW EL Cajon is selling a car not as advertised.
M2CS have repainted front and rear bumper that's not even the same color.
Under carriage all beat up and rear diff have a big chip. There's body panel and rear trunk gaps, front lip is not oem and etc.
I took the car to a collision center and to a reputable BMW mechanic to check all of this.

Just be careful if you're trying to buy this car. They repost this car back for sales.
They took the car back and just trying to pass that on to the next customer.

Total to fix all of the damages, $10K+ $4K for CF OEM lip.

Is it a different car than the one listed on their site? The HS looks clean and the CarFax checks out.

Yeah, I thought the same thing too, then i had to drive down pick up the car and take it back to the bay. I took it to performance dynamic and collision center and boom!! It's all bad.

The current picture on their site is not even correct, as I install the front lip which is not oem (they gave me a replica), I also install front windows tint then that's how I did PPI on the spot and found out a lot of issues with the car. PDynamic have a full list of tings that need to be fix and so does the collision center.

Unless they drop down to $70K or high $68, that car needs a lot of work at least $10K+ to fix it, not including another $3K to buy an OEM front CF lip.
Basically they will just kick the can to the next customer and that's very shady. Hence they refund my money right away and I will file BBB report and BMWNA complaint.

Basically car is not as advertised.

It looks like they have a different car on the site. It’s got a different VIN (04732). If that’s the case, I’d try to snag that one instead.

The vin of the car that have issues. H04732.
Its the same car, one owner, "no accident", 25K+ miles.
Avoid this at all cost unless theyre dropping the price to $70K

Lol, -1 HP
The dealership is so shady and lazy. I fix the little things before return the car and they still post the crappy set up.

I install the non-OEM CF lip, tint, take off the “competition” logo, take off the ugly fake CF roof rear spoilers.

It was all cosmetics however, I should’ve not even attempt to buy this car.
They even took out the carfax with damage status in it, if you run your own carfax or auto check, it’ll tell you that there’s damage. However it wasn’t until I confront them about it.

To me it was a small cosmetic stuff, but I should’ve known.
Hey, I’m buying a car from BMW dealership and never had a bad sales experience.

This is my 4th BMW among other cars. This dealership is just shady.

Just looking at the pictures and it’s obvious you should run away as fast as possible.

Glad OP could turn it back and be made whole.

I bought a new M2C from them in Dec 2018, we had agreed on MSRP then they tried to push this Lojack BS since it was already "pre-installed." Had to fight through that and I noticed a few days later what was some type of marking on the rear bumper- hard to explain but my paint guy said it looked almost like a previous dent repair, it was about the size of my palm.

I was able to get him to polish any remnants of it out luckily but the dealer had pretty much told me to pound sand when I reached out to them regarding the issue.

Anyway, this CS in question looks like it has been ridden hard and put away wet. Wrong badging, no front lip, weird aftermarket rear window spoiler, gross steering wheel, not correct exhaust tips, etc. My guess is it was in an accident (not reported to insurance) and thus the mis-match of parts.
