Wierd sound when driving / rolling (ticking/klicking?)

Hey guys.

Just finished to test out my very own titanium exhaust for S55 (it sounds awsome) I can do a write up on this if you want and more clips but I need to solve the following:

Cant post img in post they become huge:

When driving - I hear a tick / clicking sound. Almost like you have a card on your bicycle rim. I have a video of it, now I know you can hear the exhaust valve rattle so ignore that bit but its the bit almost when car is at the camera man.

And sorry for not having more TI exaust sounds I do have some pictures.

VIMEO links wont work for me so:

I am gonna remove the exhaust just to rule it out, but I cannot reproduce the sound while standstill and reving.

I will also remove the exhaust soon to fix rattle and measure in the exhaust tips. It sounds like brake shield but its not that metallic as I am used to.

Any ideas are welcome!

Is that first sound you hear throughout the duration of the video also from your car?

The noise starting at 12 seconds sounds like exhaust rattle. Either its touching the heat-shield, subframe or barely touching a screw / bolt / nut

Listening again, if that first noise is what your talking about…

Does it get faster if you speed up?

Maybe you pushed in the underbody heat shield during the exhaust install and its hitting the drive shaft now

This... Sounds like heat shield is hitting the drive shaft.

Yeah it gets faster when I speed up and it almost sounds like its plastic so deffo has to be heat shield to drive shaft.

Thanks guys, will check it out as soon as I get out.

Late update.

Just wanna confirm. Indeed it was the heatshield! No visible damage what so ever, cant even see scratches but when I removed them and took it for a spin there was 0 sound. So thanks guys!
