The M2C is - physically - quieter inside than the LCI (including road noise, oddly). In order to hear the exhaust burbling on overrun the windows had to be open.
The ASD is even more irritating as a result. It is much, much easier to overwhelm the available traction in the M2C than the LCI. The engine goes harder for longer too. The extra bracing at the front is a bigger contributor to the way the steering on the M2C feels than you might expect. The DCT is much better than the one on the LCI - although I continue to prefer the 6MT. I like the seats and the shape of the mirrors, but I hate the wheels. Back box is mahoosive. In summary: HS 6MT with blue highlights, power seats, upgraded stereo, the bigger brakes, and 763M wheels in black please. Last edited by M Fifty; 10-18-2019 at 02:06 PM.. Reason: Spelling |

Dropped it off at the dealer for the break in service. Put 1000 miles on it in like 6 days. Also, the ASD bypass is literally the best thing for this car, can't understand how I lived with it for so long.
EDIT : Meant to put this in the M2C section, my B. |

Got the bimmermasterpieces knee pad installed and absolutely love it, this car is my daily and I can tell that extra comfort level already. For reference I'm 6ft and it's a manual. My knee touched the back of the stock one and it bugged me. Plus I'm healing from some orthopedic injuries and this helps

(I'm new here - so this is my 1st post to get myself started)
2017 M2 in Jersey -- it's finally getting chilly around here so putting those winter tires on Also - have a Sto' n Sho for my front plate. A few weeks ago it totally seized up, but the company sent me a new pull-pin. Hope to give this a try and get it back on. |

Outside holes use stock mounting points and three holes needed to be drilled towards the center under the front bumper. Took this photo last night and wifey left the damn bottle in front lol.
