M2c tire mixing/sizing

Have the opportunity to get 2x 295/30r19 p zeros with 80%tread for $200 cad. Going to flash bm3 CSL map in spring. Plan to autocross probably 2-3 but for first time so would assume not at cars limits.
Should I either
A . Run stock265 then replace with 295s leaving a 50mm stagger or
B. Swap 265 to front and run 295 with more proper stagger and sell 245s
From what I read a 265/35 profile will fit on front at stock height but is a taller tire
Thanks in advance don't want to ruin cars handling but want to be able to put power down
