Where to buy tires online

Hello drivers!

I want to know if any of you buys tires online and if so, where do you buy them? Can you recommend online shops which are trusted. Recently I ordered a pair of MICHELIN 235/70/17 at Supertiresonline.com for $70. I'm totally satisfied with the cost, delivery, and quality. But now I need to install them locally. Still, I think it will be cheaper, than buying the same pair locally.

What do you think about buying tires online? Any thoughts would be appreciated

Tire Rack for me too - they have local recommended installers. They will even ship it directly to the local installer too, if you like. Their selection is just way better than any local tire store, which is the main reason I usually buy from them. The price is good most of the time too, even after you add shipping and installation cost. Always great for tire research either way.

Tire Rack with the ASAP tire mobile service they offer. The tires are shipped directly to ASAP and you schedule when you want them to come to you. I had them come to my work at my convenience. Cost me $70 for them to dismount, mount, and install 2 on car. I'll be going this route soon when I replace my front tires. Highly recommended.

Tire Rack. I've ordered both tires and the tire and wheel combination from them.

The last set I ordered was a snow tire package for my 12 328i and also used them on my 15 335i. I was impressed. Everything was done and ready to go. All I had to do was mount them and set the TPMS.

I have always had my tires delivered within one or two days.

The best part, you get a free road hazard package with the purchase. Even my dealer can't do that.

So many customers who are impressed by this website though the reviews tell the opposite.

74 among 89 reviews are 1-star-reviews

It means that 83% of buyers were unsatisfied with either tires itselves, or service, or delivery.

83% of people who could be bothered to write a review is not the same thing as 83% of all buyers. Most people I know have better things to do with their time than write reviews. Unless you had an unbelievably good or unbelievably bad experience you probably won't be writing one. 74 bad reviews doesn't really mean much if only 1% of customers are chiming in to give their experience.

I’ve been a fan of tire rack going back 30 years and their full page ads in the back of Autoweek. Damn that print was small.

Today they ship right to my shop who does a great job on the install. When choosing your installer, just do your homework. We tend to be pretty anal about our cars and there are some butchers out there.

Where to buy tires online

Saw this thread and I am somewhat in the tire business. Not tire related but if you are looking at wheels try this tech out:

https://inmotionbrands.com/vehicle-v...sualizer-tool/

Pls note we do not sell wheels but you can see every available option almost without a cartoon rendering of your vehicle!

Waiting on delivery of X5 Black Vermillion. Super excited!

I buy at Discount Tires online. Then my local Discount Tires store receives them and gives me an appointment to install them. Discount Tires I found are the same price or lower than Tire Rack.
