Custom 2NH Bracket (for fitting 18”)

Anyone have any product links or recommendations for how I might go about getting custom brackets for the 2NH calipers? My goal is to run 2NH calipers with Paragon 380mm rotors, which would allow me to swap my 19” square setup for an 18” square setup. I know others have managed to do this, but I can’t seem to figure out the bracket aspect. Thanks!

I've got a set coming. This is how I'm fitting the csr wheels.

Right on! I’ll PM! So you’ve been running 2NH with 18s and 380mm x 36mm rotors? I’ve been wanting 18s for awhile and I just found out about the StopTech anti-knockback springs. Any experience with those? They’ve got 6lb and 1.5lb. I’m thinking 1.5lb would be the sweet spot, since they would presumably prevent knockback but not introduce too much drag. Hoping these two modifications to 2NH can get me where I want to be with the stock braking system.

Following! Thought the only way to run 18” wheels were with swapping brakes, this is a game changer 🫡

Track/S has a package coming my way. I've got the wheels coming. Ordering a set of paragon 380x36 2nh rotors to fit. He can also shave your calipers to run 18s on 400mm rotor. Adapters were less costly than a second set of calipers and allowed me to get a dedicated set of wheels for track within my current budget. Adjustable front LCA, Camber plates, and spacers to run the 10.5 wheel up front on stock suspension.

10.5” up front?! I thought 18x10” would be tough to fit! I’d love to go 18x10 with 275/30r18 if it’ll fit with my m performance coilovers (not much ride height reduction compared to stock) and -3 camber up front, without rolling or pulling fenders.

Will run 295/30/18 square on the CSR 10.5" wheels. I'm also trying to not run wheel studs. 25mm spacer should be good with a 60mm wheel bolt.

I’m seeing like six different options for Paragon 380x36 discs. The differences appear to be in PCD and mounting metrics. Which are the ones to order if pairing with these custom brackets? I’m guessing the 380mmx36mm would outperform the OEM rotors by a decent margin, so I don’t think I’ll be getting the caliper shaved quite yet.

They are custom from paragon. It's a 2nh hat with a 380 ring instead of the 400. If you wanted to run BMW CCBs you'd need to shave the caliper.

So you’re reusing the OEM hat and directly bolting/riveting the Paragon friction ring?

They provide the hat and rotor rings. It's a little more expensive than the 400x36 due to it being custom. They put a custom 380 ring on their 2nh hat. ~$1250

About $1,250 total (for both fronts)? BimmerWorld shows OEM replacements at a bit under $500 per rotor, so it’s not too bad a price for customs I guess.

Now I'm making custom hats and I buy paragon rings only, this weekend I will mount 380x36 with 2nh calipers on a 140i I will upload pics.

These are 378x34 apracing rings with custom hats, brackets, and apracing calipers, next time i'll buy paragon replacment rings

I can bring any idea to reality.

380mm oem rear discs with custom brackets and apracing calipers, soon I will buy the rings from Paragon, and I will make custom hats.

I just asked Rebrake about this, and it's not possible with the BMW (Brembo) rotor. They are, however, working on a smaller CC rotor to fit the stock bell, so only a caliper bracket would be needed.

@Track/S

He shaves the physical caliper to run the 400mm CCB with 18" wheel.
