A friend has asked me if this app could code the blinker signals to blink 5 times when pressed down half-way. I looked through the app, but im thinking it may be in expert mode?

Its not in Expert mode, it is under the FEM module. There was a repost on this a few pages back.

Not exactly. If you told someone to disable rev match in easy mode, they would never find it. Seems like it should be written down in the excel sheet for people who are looking for how to do it.

Don't go insane if it's not there. Some cars apparently don't show this as an option, mine included.

This setting can be changed in the iDrive too, no need for coding.

This was perfectly timed. Your response and CLH’s question. Because I definitely was going to ask the same thing on the same day but decided to wait until I got back in town from LA. Doing this when I get home !

It still works the other way, the only thing is you have to hold the lock button/keep finger on door for whatever amount of time it?s set to.

Ah. That’s pretty counter intuitive though, since the button would be faster/more convenient !

The iDrive settings only allows for the option of 1 or 3 blinks. The Bimmercode app allows full control of up to 5, and anywhere in between. I've coded for four blinks.

MY17 here.

Where would one find the area for coding on/off the lane departure warning? I just realized mine hasn’t been on and I don’t remember turning it off. Thanks!

Use the button on the driver bottom left to turn it on/off? There is no need to code this.

By default it should be going on automatically every time you start the car. Even if you turn it off it should reset and turn on next time the car is started.

If it's not doing so, you may want to contact your dealer.
