G87 wheels on F87?

Anybody know if the wheels they are putting on the new G87 will fit on the F87?

The bolt pattern is 5x112 on the G87 so it won’t fit. F87 is 5x120.

G87 wheels are cast, not forged like both F87 wheels, and as such are much heavier too. Funkdat.

They are probably heavy but the 788m is a super heavy wheel for being forged so I am going to bet the g87 wheels will be heavier but not by much (rear will be a 20 so a good bit heavier in the back)

That’s why I’ll personally stick with my 437M’s

They are truly the perfect wheel, and the looks are absolutely spot on

437 is such a good wheel, good looks, nice concavity light. Although I actually like the look of the 788 on the comp, they are so heavy. I always forget until I swap them back from my track APEX wheels and getting them down from the rack is back breaking lol.

Not gonna argue that, but for 8-10k? Whole lot I can do for that kinda money. I can make the inside of my car sound like a studio for that capital.

Paid $2,400 for them new from a forum sponsor. Then sold my used 437s with some paint peeling for $1,000. A guy wanted the 437 for track wheels and didn’t care what they looked like as long as they were straight.

By the way the CI-Rs are 19X9.5 and 19X10.5.

Are you sure?

I simply cannot believe BMW would add a weaker wheel to a heavier car just to save some bucks...

BBS CI-R are also heavier than the stock 437M but you get what you pay for. On brand for Dan to haze people for 788M weights while running cast BBS which tip the scales at nearly identical weights

Real smaaaht. Not like everybody says.

I never clean winter wheels.

That's what wives are for...

Your wheels are super nice no doubt about it but it’s hard to beat what our OG’s came stock with from the factory

So much so that I have a brand new set completely ceramic coated and ready to go for the upcoming 2023 Summer
