This is Great news ! It means at least in the UK the M2 is receiving the new I drive 5.0 and therefore chances of Apple car play are real! Mine is a September build and dealer yet to find out if it's possible to add or not.

Unsurprisingly they had no idea about the M2.

I'm pretty sure that the NBT-Evo is the same hardware as i 5 - just software update - the screen resolution is identical to my M2.

I'm going to have a snoop at a car with I drive 5 in it tomorrow and see what the part difference are.

Of course they can. It's made for that. But that is a service not offered for USA.
