First time BMW owner too! Bought a 2017 LBB with 6-MT & Executive Package on April 4th. Was going to place an order with estimated delivery late July, but then one showed up in a local showroom that was almost identical to my build (this one has the CF front aero which I wouldn't have ordered). So I get a little extra CF, but more importantly, I get to drive NOW vs. waiting until July!

Paint correction, full front clear-bra, window tint, and coating all done this week (Weds - Sun; coating is still curing). I ordered the clutch stop too; should arrive tomorrow.

Its a daily driver for me, so will probably keep the mods to a minimum. Appearance-wise, I'll likely swap out the reflectors sooner rather than later. I do like the thicker, M Performance V2 steering wheel too, but that will have to wait.

She's an interesting little car, and I can't wait until we are through with the break-in period and first service.

How much shop time does the install take? Is there any cutting or just a direct swap? Imho this is one of the best mods for the money.

Fabspeed unit is a direct replacement, no cutting involved. Shop time varies, a shop quoted me 2.5 hours for install.
