No one sells this in EU right now. I'm in Netherlands and have just ordered from the US.

Shout out to Mike @ X-PH (See Vendor's Classified) for the great price and shipping to NL. We'll see how bad the NL VAT and duties are but even still it's a bargain (compared to Remus that still retains the secondary can and molests you on tip price).

Just hoping it doesn't take 3 months to arrive (shipping out first week of Aug) as the wait will be plank-like (do a two min plank and you'll get it).

Maybe I'll be first OPF car to get this exhaust?

Hmm, my exhaust ordered over a month ago is now scheduled for August or September. This is pretty ridiculous, I thought these were really available.

I ordered in June and was told that 7 August was the anticipated ship date. Now on the Dinan website 21 August is the hopeful day. Deliveries of supplies to my work that normally take 2 days have taken as much as 2 weeks. I can see how delays of some components would magnify the delay of shipping the final product.
Also, I would swear that time has slowed down whilst waiting for this thing.

Tell me about it. Between all the delays in development to now the delays in production after initial launch this product has earned its internal reputation as being the most cursed Dinan product release in the company's history many times over.

Without getting into the weeds too much as I could write a novel on all the things that have come up in the last 2+ months, the good news (hopefully) is there does seem to be light at the end of the tunnel. Assuming the last problematic outlier is officially resolved as expected on Monday we can finally start stitching the exhausts together and they will start shipping out again shortly thereafter.

@Dinan_Engineering Was the production delay from supplies? You guys also released the X3M and X4M shortly after the M2C. Is it only the M2C delayed lol?

I also ordered the M2C exhaust from X-ph on July 1st and I'll happily wait as long as it's not ridiculous. I also waited about 45 days before active autowerke shipped an exhaust I bought from them ....just planned on installing the Dinan exhaust the same hour I receive my 21' M2C! Please don't let me drive around with that horrible stock exhaust

Supplier /supply chain delays primarily. All exhaust production has been affected although some to a much greater degree then others depending on our starting position prior to the nightmare of all that is 2020. M2C and the M340i exhausts in particular have been the hardest hit but that has been further excacerbated by the incredible demand for both systems.

No one should have to suffer from that sagging stock can and we are doing our best to be able to free anyone that wants the Dinan exhaust from that waking nightmare as soon as we can.

I like it! It's fairly quiet when driving normally but screams once you get on it however I hate the burbles. Wished I can turn it off without any tuning involved.

Buy a valve controller so that you can force open the valves in comfort and close them in sport + lol

That's what I'm doing until my warranty runs out . The burbles make the car sound so bad

Curious which tips are 70mm. I have a spare N55 set, they were not welded, but press on. How about the OEM carbon M exhaust tips? Or the stock black S55 M2 competition tips?

I'm one of the lucky ones that received it in couple weeks and I couldn't be happier with it. It visually looks much better without the underhang and it sounds really solid without being too loud. It sounds like how the M2C should have been from the factory. It doesn't look or sounds aftermarket if that makes sense at all...

Nice man. I really really wanted this exhaust. Bought in June and tried everything with Dinan_Engineering (great support btw) but shipping recently increased too much for US > ASIA ($2k). Ended up ordering a REMUS Sport. Hope it sounds just as good as the DINAN!
