do88 Remote Radiator
Hey guys, anyone have feedback on the fit/finish of do88's remote radiator?
I don't think it'll have a major impact, but I already have CSF's main radiator, oil cooler, and DCT cooler, and I thought I'd throw this on to max out cooling on the car. https://www.do88.se/en/artiklar/hose...f87/index.html |

Well, I can’t take the credit. Jiaim mentioned it in my N55 cooling thread: https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1525790
After a lot more feedback and logging since, the main culprit seems to be the Dinan IC, but thought I’d do this while the bumper cover is off to change the IC. |

Does it say that it has less pressure drop than stock FMIC? I mean, if so, it would have less turbo lag than stock right? |

Yup, the CSF oil cooler fits and works well. Don’t forget to add extra oil.
BTW, I did install the larger do88 remote radiator. No idea if it’ll help much, but now my car is maxed out on the cooling side. Fit & finish of the do88 aux rad is very good. Last edited by ZM2; 06-02-2019 at 08:00 AM.. |
