Yup rural Staffordshire.

Ain't no car theives round 'ere. If there was we'd shoot 'em first....

Used to live in Manchester, when we moved away my 335i insurance dropped from £1200 to £300....

Direct Line for me also - £720 a year

Were miles cheaper than many others, but still expensive.

34YO/10 NCB/3 points which is still have to declare until August, and live in Urban area (Glasgow)

It's pretty much being in an urban area that hurts most I think.

I was there for 15 years and now I am free

I live near Bedford now, which is great as I am near the Autodrome so I can't wait to get on track in a month or two!

I live in very rural Northamptonshire. Have loads of no claims etc, but my best quote for the M2c is £500.

Which is more than the renewal price for my M4

That's quite odd. I wonder why that is.

Picking up an M2 in a few days time. Three claims in a little over a year (yeh bad run of luck) which couldn't be avoided.
Now minimum I can get (Manchester) is £1600/year.
10 years NCD protected
Previous quotes to my claims were circa £900

So much crime.

Try BMW Insurance. I'm in Manchester and they were the cheapest for me.

LV were the next best using a price comparison website.

That sucks. I have friends in Nottingham and they say that thieves regularly patrol their nice neighbourhood looking for cars to steal

I went with Aviva in the end £622 fully comp with European coverage. I'm happy with that and as long as I don't have any incidents (fingers crossed) it should go down over the next few years.

Picked up the car today

Likewise, my guy saw off 3-4 of them also today. Passed another HS 19 plate M2C as I was circling the block in Mayfair: clearly one from Park Lane BMW.

Yes mine is HS! It was on one of the small roads in Mayfair just behind Park Lane.

Sounds like it was you! Congrats on your car too

Likewise. Can't wait to get the first service done. First things first - brakes, spoiler and diffuser being fitted on Monday
