Are you guys noticing any differences in the non star spec tires? That's my only hesitation with going with the larger sizes in that they don't come in BMW star spec. 255/275 I can get star spec in 19s.

Star Spec would only be a concern if you were runing stock sizes and the tires that came on the car when new. Star Spec tires are developed with the tire manufacturer for a specific model car. So if you are looking to go larger and use star spec tires, just know that they were not developed for the M2.
