My passenger door speakers are not working properly

Two days ago, when I go to my M2 and drive off for lunch, I noticed that there was no sound coming from the passenger side. So I stopped the car and set on the passenger sit and verified my guess, the speakers are not working properly. The sound is so small and if I turn up the volume, there is noise which sounds like electricity and the sound quality from those two speakers is poor. Other than this, all the other speakers are working just fine.

Then I noticed that the gross active sound design(the fake sound) was gone.

Could be one of 50 possibilities. Unless you want to pull the rear panels out of the car.....I would drop it off at the dealer....

Are you saying the dealer could not fix the problem?

I haven't been there yet. I could code the ASD off. When the ecu is resetting. The sound became completely normal. But after the reset is completed, the sound goes away.

First off go to the dealer.
If not do not code out the ASD use a harness. Technics are best but you can build one yourself.
