Finally here, now just needs parts
Took delivery of my '21 LBB M2C last Sat (sorry, dont have a host setup for pics but we all know what they look like by now haha)
Added IND painted reflector deletes in front, and then had the front wrapped in XPEL, and 5% ceramic tint all around. Coded a bunch of stuff in today (rear drl, folding mirrors etc) Bad news, my dealer is no longer a Dinan part dealer. Good news, they're more than happy to install as they still have their 'Dinan techs' but it allows me to shop for the best parts price free of stealership markup. Looking for a forum vendor or trustworthy link to these: - Dinan exhaust with X pipe - Mperf electronic wheel with CF insert that matches the stock CF interior. (Price on this varies WILDLY online...) Help? Anyone know when AA's EL midpipe will be available for the M2? Can only find the single oval setup. |

Congrats on your new M2C!! Best color too!
I'm closely monitoring the AA EL midpipe release, and I believe the pre-ordered ones will be shipped within the next couple of weeks, if it hasn't been shipped already. It sounded amazing with stock mufflers, and that's definitely the route I'd like to go with. |

I went with the forum vendor X-PH and recommend them highly. Their customer service is great and made it easy to change my exhaust order. PM Mike@x-ph. He got me a great price for my exhaust. Check out the S55 section and immerse yourself in the AA equal length and Dinan threads. There are lots of us in the PNW area. Hopefully we can have some meets again next year! |

That’s the one! Since I bought a different exhaust, I had another shop install it. They did a great job and the price was much better than what I was quoted at BMW NW. X-PH was going to send the Dinan exhaust directly to the parts department at BMW NW, so that is an option if you decide to go that route.

I considered it to keep a relationship of sorts with them since it is brand new, and I will probably need them to install the steering wheel. I'm gonna hold on the Dinan if the EL midpipes are close and focus on just the steering wheel.

Haha! I'll eventually get a pic I can link here, but I have a 4Runner on Kings with a tent/fridge/60gal fuel tank that I just took to Tahuya to climb around in the woods and camp. I've got the pnw side covered too!!

Congrats! I just picked up my LBB M2C from Seattle BMW this past weekend. Glad to see some owners in the PNW. Originally from Seattle but now in Portland. So far I've only seen a Alpine White M2C driving around here.

Congrats! It's cool to see other PNW M2Cs on here. I've seen one OG M2 in tacoma, once. And that's it. Glad to know you're out there.
X-ph gave a great deal, so I skipped the Dinan and went for AA's new equal length midpipe and axleback setup. Hopefully here in Feb or so. Its snowing and I've only managed 200 miles, so no huge rush. |

I just ordered the race display wheel through AP Motorsport in UK. It was around $1750CAD (1350ish USD?) landed after shipping, exchange rate et etc.. It came with the carbon trim as well. They were super responsive and shipped right away too - I got the wheel within a few days (on Christmas Eve, no less!).

I just took delivery of a Hockenheim Silver M2C two weeks ago in Seattle as well. I'm in Bellingham and looking forward to meeting fellow owners when the world settles down.

I certainly hope we'll get to the point where it's safe to gather and let your cars say hi to each other. The only other BMW my car gets to talk to is my SO's 530e and that thing just blathers on and on about how cool it thinks its battery is...sigh.

Congrats!
AA equal length is available and should be shipping soon, I ordered one along with their axle back! Apparently should be shipping this week! @mike@x-ph.com is great to work with vendor wise. |
