Removing M6 cavity fixing from Lightweight lip uninstall

I recently uninstalled my lightweight lip in preparation to install my new lip and not sure how to remove the M6 thread fixing/anchors that were installed with the Lightweight lip. Any suggestions? A few photos of it.

I think you need to cut it from the inside since it's basically a riv-nut. This is going to be challenging

You drill out the center, cut off the head, then push the shaft through.

Drill them out, be careful they don't spin with the bit. Same as drilling out a stripped bolt

For everyone else who install this lip - use rubber well nuts instead. They are removable, don't rust, and don't spin.
