Atlanta area, good service shops.

Hello all. I just picked up my M2 Monday at the performance center. I wanted to ask the M2 owners in Atlanta and surrounding areas what are the good service shops you have had experiences with? I live in Morrow Ga, but don't mind driving. I bought my car at Nalley BMW in Decatur, but planned on getting it serviced at BMW of Gwinnett place (formally United BMW).

I like Gwinnett place because it's close to fry's electronics and they have a nice waiting area. They do seem to take an extremely long time however, from my past experience. An independent shop would probably be even better if anyone knows any. BMW of south Atlanta is another option.

Harrison Motorsports in Alpharetta. I have loved ITP for as long as I've owned bmws and I always take my cars there. Great service, extremely knowledgeable techs, and very reasonable pricing. I know it's super far from morrow but if you're willing to go to Gwinnett, it's not much further.

Thank you, I'm taking my car to Gwinnett tomorrow for break in service, but will keep Harrison Motorsports in mind. I did a road trip to Orlando and back, in addition to my performance center delivery, and it's put me slightly over break in miles. I think I remember that place mentioned before, and had forgotten. I may swing by there after my visit at Gwinnett, to check them out.

Harrison installed my Fabspeed, coilovers and intercooler. Good guys. Very BMW CCA oriented.

United Gwinnett. Ask for Joe Alou as Service Manager. Best tech there is Vinny. Joe will set you up I used him for my F80 and my F82.

Sorry, I don't have that number (I had already purchased Fabspeed from x-ph with the intention of installing myself.)

Request a quote on their website, and indicate if you're BMWCCA for 10% parts discount.

congrats on the new M2s in the area. Dealer serviced for me till they don't do it for free anymore.

Id use dealer until it’s not free. Then i use Freed in Cumming. Specialize in Porsche and BMW

Hows Freed? Very difficult to find a good independent shop in atlanta who does quality work at a resonable price.
