This was talked about in a bunch of the threads that the M Drivers Package is included in the CS as part of the included options. My understanding from forum discussion has been that there were two things to look forward to any time in the next year:
1) Experience for 2 at the PCD with the half day driving experience.
2) 1500 dollar credit or 1 day ///M School included with purchase.

Has anyone that has taken US delivery booked/confirmed/seen a voucher on these things? My SA and I were talking about it this morning and he hadn't seen anything clear to give me at purchase covering these things.

Yea, I spoke to my sales advisor and he said he did not know about this either. He straight out told me that the M Driver's Package was not included. Either he didn't get the memo or we're SOL.

I’m booked for PCD, but not scheduled yet due to production delays. It’s included. Good luck trying to get M school out of them.

Some M2 buyers were given a one day driving school which is worth about $1000. My neighbor got one with his OG M2. I didn't get squat.

This will be a real let down. I do not see the m drivers package anywhere on my order form.

My SA specifically mentioned the credit for driving school after he attended the information session that included the CS. I'm sure things can change on a whim. I'll inquire.

It could be something that goes on file in your account. Maybe call the performance center number to inquire?

PCD is included with the half-day experience. Factory tours are also open again !!!!!!!!!!!!

M Driver's package is included - it's on the window sticker for US cars. (The M Driver's Package includes 2 components - 1-day M school and top speed limiter increase/remove)

Caveat being that post 2017, these have an expiration date of 1 year within which to be used/scheduled. Some may get luckier and even receive an extra 1-day M School email (these are randomly sent out by BMWNA, post-purchase).
The helpline number makes it pretty east to combine credits or pay and upgrade the 1-day to 2-day M School.

I didn't even think to look at the Monroney sticker. You're right!

They offered free 1 day M school when I bought my E46 M3 brand new to all new M3 buyers back then. Sucks that it's not offered with all M cars anymore. At least it is with our CS models!

Yes. It also comes with M2C.

Yes, comes with the purchase of any new M car for us.

Has to be a brand new purchase where the voucher hasn't been claimed already.

I'm in the US, so no idea or confirm on anything. Still waiting on my car. Should have it just before Christmas.

My SA said it should be associated with the serial number and a call to the performance center.

Anyone ever pay for personal instruction at the performance center. I want to get my wife comfortable with a manual transmission. I may not be the best instructor for this job.

The Teen driving school is actually a great option for spouses (doesn't really help with the learning MT part though).

When you do the 1/2 day M school, ask the instructors, a lot of the younger ones are raring to build up their clientele and would be happy to do a more personal/1-on-1 training.

You can call them and have them privately instruct you, but I don't believe they'll let you use your own personal car for the instruction.

Each M car does come with a one day car control voucher (~$800 value). They don't send it to you, you have to call and ask for it. It's good for 1 year from the purchase/lease of the vehicle. They'll ask for your VIN, then get back to you within a day or two. You can then use that voucher towards the purchase of a school of your choice.

Interesting. If that is the case, what is the point of the M Driver's Package, which for most M cars is a cost-added option? The raised speed limiter would benefit very few drivers....it's the school experience most are after.

The M Driver's Package is a next level school and value (~$1550). The voucher can be used for another school and the voucher is good for 3 years (rather than 1).

And I'd recommend going for the 1-Day M School at the minimum over the M Driver's Package School. But the 2-Day M School is what anyone should do as a start/intro.
