Anyone getting the Auto Solutions SSK for their CS?

Im planning to do this unless any CS owners can confirm there is a change in feel with the 6MT in the CS, or I don't get an allocation.

Good question. I was even toying with the idea of installing the new M performance shift knob, which I would imagine would change the shift feel. However I won't know until I'm actually driving a damn thing :-)

I am also considering the Auto Solutions SSK too... after feeling out how I like the stock one first.
Maybe couple that with the UCP possibly.

You should. It's an absolute revelation. I don't see any reason to believe the CS will be any different than the regular 6mt

I've decided to roll with the stock setup initially to see how I like it. I've been reading lots of posts that span over many years. Driving style does seem to impact the satisfaction of the current CDV component. It appears those that like to rip through the gears very quickly are the most unhappy.

A lingering question is whether the CDV as designed makes driving in traffic more pleasing?

The SSK is more about the mechanical feel of the shifter. I suspect I will still do this just for the added perception of a better connection with the car, but again I plan to wait.

Any users outside of the US already have one on order?

Same manual as M2c Auto Solutions is a must. IMO

Threads like this just end up costing me money. Before reading about the AutoSolutions SSK, I never thought twice about the shifter in my M2C. Ignorance is bliss.
