I drove a 488 and wasn't impressed. It just didn't do it for me. Beautiful car though. When I got into a Huracan I fell in love with it. Before that I wasn't a Lambo person. I really like the GT3. Definitely the most connected to the road from a feel perspective, but the interior is ancient. The Atari nav system in my ftype would feel out of place in the GT3 as too modern.

This was one of those track experiences in which I drove them back to back. In case anyone just thought I rolled around regularly with supercars.

That's not true for me, and frankly I doubt it's true for most -- certainly not true for any of my GT3-owning friends, of which I have several. So forgive me, but I find it hard to trust you.

And this is why ^^.

When you have a 6MT GT3 (especially the Touring), you're not thinking about moving up, because there is no *moving up*.

If money were no object, I would get a Singer 911 in silver or gray w/o any Singer badging and just tell people it was an old 964 restoration (which is true). It is the ultimate sleeper, IMO. And exactly what I want in a car, but wow are they expensive, and the waiting list is long.

Which F did you have? I'd consider going the other way.

I've ridden in one, but I still wouldn't spend my money on one. Sometimes we just know what we like. I've craved a high end Porsche since one of the old 993-esque RUF's or something. The Italian super cars were never, ever my thing.

Funny enough I was checking on the 991.2 GT3 manual on the used market last night...quite a number of them here...there is one that tempted me but we will see...

You don't need to trust me mate the GT3 is a great track car but on the road it doesn't offer the same visceral experience as a Ferrari or a Lambo...most people don't track them often enough to appreciate the GT3s. Most people I know who has or had a GT3 traded up to an RS or a 458,488 or Huracan or thinking about the F8 tributo

I have tracked a F430 and it is no slouch...the midship layout gives it more maneuverability than my M2C even though it is a wider car. I would not mind to track a 458 or 488 instead of a GT3 if I have a deep wallet lol
