expected rebuild life M Perf Coil vs Ohlins R&T
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com looking into getting coils for my M2, mainly DD and canyon driving once every month or so. was curious if anyone had info on the mileage i could expect out of these two coils. thanks! |

You will likely get many years of service from either one.
Our local customers with street driven cars have been getting 8+ years of driving on Ohlins R&T without any issues. Damping is lost over time but can be compensated by turning the adjustment up a few clicks. |

M Perf coils are warrantied for 4 years/50K miles if ordered with original car ( port installed ), if not it is warrantied for 2 years, don't remember how many miles if installed & aligned at dealer.
Given the quality of these dampers ( i rate them 1 step above your generic KW V3's when used with the stock hats ) i think that'll last a good solid life if you don't go too aggressive or too soft on the bump / compression
