I purchased this vehicle brand new and am the sole owner. Clean title, clean carfax. Never tuned and never modded. Weekend car and garage kept. Maintenance done by the local BMW dealership and still under warranty. Family has a need for another utility vehicle so I'm sadly letting this one go.

I'd list higher man, you can definitely get more money for it being such low milage and it being an LCI. also, it being a manual, one owner, and clean carfax is huge. your car prob in the $50k range !
