its easy to tell just drive the car and switch between the comfort, sport and sport plus you will clearly hear the sound change and its really bassy and fake.
I would be extremely surprised if the CS did not have ASD |

100% it does. I had my guys code it out. Totally unnecessary thing in modern cars... IMHO...

I believe it has it. Our cars are pretty quiet on the inside with windows up. Car seems well insulated. There are moments where I suddenly hear engine noise that doesn't make sense with the speed I'm going and throttle I'm applying.

I've never noticed it, but I drive with the windows down 90% of the time.

If I'm honest, there are just a few things I would have changed about the CS, and the exhaust note is one of them. It's such an aggressive car, the ability to have a true factory light, medium, or aggressive note would have been very much welcomed.

The MPE is the answer to that issue. It really should have come on the car...

My Dinan system with the xpipe was louder, but still retained a similar tone. Now I have AA EL res mid with an Eisenmann valved rear section. It's perfect for an old guy like me that no longer wants an annoying exhaust.

I went to share a sound clip and the app only allows graphic uploads. I suspect I'd have to put it up on a hosting site and then link through. Perhaps I can get it into Dropbox and link to that? Any better ideas?

ASD is definitely off in non sport mode. I use this most of the time as I like how the throttle feels plus the turbo rush.
I always drive with the window down but I believe I detected some fake noise in sport yesterday. Hard to notice though. Exhaust drowns it out with window open. I never use sport plus as it removes too much throttle control. |
