CF Mirror Caps for M2 Comp

Does anyone sell high quality CF mirror caps for the M2 Comp?

I know the oem ones are good but pricing is thru the roof. Has anyone had success w any of the aftermarket options?

Not looking for the covers but rather the full replaceable ones like oem.

I've been in the market too, the OEM are very expensive. FWIW I've read from multiple pose the autoTecknic doesn't fully fit 100%.

Unfortunately, I've read the same.

The only other option I see is RW carbon and there are no reviews on them... I have some of their other parts and the reviews are good.

Try getbmwparts.com or find a used M performance one in the members classified section, I think I saw someone posting one for sale the other day.

Pony up for the OEM. They look really good and a bad fit isn't worth saving a few hundred.

Jack, I've installed the AutoID m2c mirror housings without the cf insert but rather the color matched covers. Can I now buy the cf covers? Will they work with the housing I already have, or would I need to install a different housing?

I purchased the Autoteknic CF M2 mirror housing kit. Replaces the housing & the cover. Totally worked, perfect fitment & even the aftermarket sequential turnsignal the prior owner installed fit perfectly with it. $365 from Autotalent. They look great, high quality, perfect finish. Let me know if you would like me to post pics.

I have OG M2 - this post is about Autoteknic's fit/finish. I can confirm all is good.
