If you have a BM3 tune, you can just set the exhaust flap to be open all the time... or just in sport mode. I set it to sport so I have the control.

I do have BM3 but I thought even with bm3 it would closed it at some point. Example start up etc.

I set my flap to be open via Bimmerlink just not sure if it stays that way when the car is turned off and on again?

If it's like my exhaust flap toggle on the EcuTek app (It acts like a pseudo-valve controller) , it will reset after the car is turned off and on.
