Anybody know if the M2C version is the same shade of blue as the OG version?

Just got these. Had no idea that they'd be so blue.

I'm still debating, so holding off for now.

Here's a snap showing the color.

Yes that's a white garage door

The mirrors actually are much more blue in real life than the camera shows.

Glad I came upon this thread. Just ordered a set. Only 2 sets left. This is going to be a big improvement at the Track, not having good FOV going into turns, I've had several close calls of idiots trying to pass in corners. Are these easy to install? Are there instructions relative to the M2?

you just carefully pop out of the old mirror glass, disconnect the heating element wires, connect to new glass, and pop it in. On the driver side, there is an additional connector for the auto dimming which will not be used - just wrap in electrical tape to seal it.

Received my mirrors from Suma today. Package states they are for BMW 5 series (F10,F11,F07), 7 series (F01,F02). Did your package have same model numbers? They appear to be same size.

$32 usd. Not cheap..pm me if you want these…I think I'm going to do a full upgrade instead (m2c). Never installed these. Still new in box.

I'll save you the shipping.

Can folks who've bought these post some pics of the mirrors installed?

Also - any comments on the glare reduction? Do you miss the auto-dim feature of the OEM mirrors or do these sufficiently reduce glare as claimed?

How about the blue color? Have seen some comments that these are pretty blue, more than the pics show. YouTube vids, they look pretty blue & images appear skewed blue, too. Not that true color in a mirror is a big deal, but do you find the blue distracting or is it tolerable?
