Sweet! I had mine in advance too.. and brought them to the dealership, told them to toss the crappy OEM velour mats into the dumpster, and dropped the Cocomats in while it was still in the delivery area. Nobody at the dealership had seen them before and they were quite impressed, after initially looking at me like some kind of kook for bringing my own mats with me.

Haha dude I contemplated taking these down to the Performance Center with me on Tuesday, but we're traveling light and boy these things are heavy. Also might rain on delivery day, so I'll let the OEM mats take that hit. Great build quality though on the Coco mats.

I appreciate you making this thread, as I was planning on upgrading the floor mats, but wasn't really impressed with anything on the BMW store. I also love the history behind them and the character they add to the interior.

BRING 'EM!! Trust me, they'll be a huge hit at the Performance Center. Drop 'em in and get your first pics with them in the car, right there on the PC floor before you drive off. The PC guys and gals AND other customers taking delivery will all take note and be envious. And almost guaranteed more orders for the good peeps at Cocomats will result. Don't worry about rain, doesn't bother them at all. I wouldn't line a parrot's cage with the thin-as-kleenex velour mats they provide with the car. Astoundingly low-quality.

You are so lucky to be so close to Greenville. I've done that drive before between Greenville & Asheville - beautiful! I wish I were closer, would have done PC delivery for sure.

Thanks Kevin for the tip...I just ordered a front set for my incoming M2C...will wait and see if I like them enough to order the rear set and trunk. I was going to go with the black with blue dot design (since I have blue stitching plus blue racing stripe on the M Perf steering wheel) but felt like it might be too much blue. So I went with black with silver dot to match the HS paint and M perf pedals.

Looks great! What size trunk mat did you indicate when you ordered if you remember?

I went weather tech mats but kinda wish I had gone coco. The weather tech are easy to clean which is awesome but they are starting to loose shape which for mats that are 4 months old is a bit weird.

I have used weathertech mats for my last couple of cars and was pretty happy with them (especially on the protection side)...but the coco's just seem to add a lot of style to the interior, in addition to being heavy duty. Hope I like them once installed!

yeah they look awesome. I may "upgrade" later, for now I will use the weathertechs but they don't look great. replacing the weather tech logo for the m logo is a nice touch but the rest is meh.

For those with the Coco mats, I assume you ordered them with the velcro attachments? Does the velcro location on the mats line up well with the stock velcro attachments on the floor carpet or will they need to be repositioned?

Ordered w/o velcro. The mats have stayed in place just fine.

I ordered with velcro, but you really don't need it. They are so heavy (something like 7 lbs each) and have big rubber nibs on the rubber backing that really grips the carpeting. They aren't going anywhere, with or without the velcro. But certainly no harm in having it there, it aligns perfectly and has no adverse affect.
