I just did the same thing on Friday, called to resume insurance. Drove it for 30 minutes and then today it went cold again. It's just sitting in the garage like winter storage never stopped.

Go for it (although I might be biased) see above, I have the same lip on mine. Think it suits the comp front end well. I do like the M perf one too but sometimes looks a little too slim

Blasphemy I'm sure, but I replaced the M2C. Before we get the pitchforks out, I have to provide backstory. Sadly the M2C was totalled back in November. I've been watching the market for a CS this entire time but ultimately my allocation for the Integra came up before I could locate a CS. Not a big loss but I really did want to get back into the F87 platform. The Type S is no M2 but it's a great compromise for my use case.

There's still room in my garage for another car so the search isn't over, just postponed.

I'll be back at some point!

I agree, the blue is really sharp! When I was M2C shopping a few years ago, I was hoping they had this type of blue. No hate on LBB but I would have LOVED a San Marino Blue M2C.

Nice! The first car that was ever 'mine' (i.e. not a gift from my parents) was a 1989 Integra RS. I drove that car into the ground and (literally) hit all four corners of the country with it-- WA, SoCal, ME and FL, with a lot of states in-between.

I *loved* that car. Yes, it was basically a rebadged Civic, but for a kid just out of college? It was fairly quick for the day, didn't weigh all that much and was overall a hoot to drive-- especially with the MT and lack of sunroof.

I eventually sold it but I still have very fond memories of it-- the Integra was one of the best cars I ever had-- NOTHING ever broke on it. Acura really built it right-- it's nice to see the name back in the game.

Yes in some ways its not an M2 but in others is better than the M2

For sure!

The performance envelope is much higher on the M2 but Type S/R is more accessible during street driving. The inputs are much better on my Integra.

2 things I immediately missed on the M2C though; buckets seats and better headlights!

I have not yet driven the car at night but the Type R has the best seats I ever sat on (I know the ITS does not have as good of seats which is unfortunate but understandable). I was never a big fan of the M2 seats myself, did not hold me well and they were uncomfortable, also seating position too high. The Type R seats are incredible, more OEMs need to make seats like this, tons of bolstering but also so comfortable even as a big guy.

And yeah the other thing I think the Honda is ahead is transmission, I now understand why people say the BMW transmissons are not great, shifting these cars feels pretty amazing, very mechanical, steering is also improved for sure, car feels lighter around its feet. I have to get out of my break in period but I know the motor is not going to be M2 good, still seems like it will be fun and a good motor but its just a 4cyl turbo at the end of the day and fwd. Also I love that everyone says the m2c sounds bad, this car sounds like nothing lol, sometimes I think i bougth an electric car.

There's two headlight variations on M2C both are full LED.

Halo - non adaptive

Angled - adaptive
