M3 437m wheels same as M2 437m?

Hi,
Wondering if the stock M3 437m wheels are the same width/offset as the M2 437m? can I mount 245/265 rubber on them?

Also, would the 255/275 M3 rubber fit the M2 without spacers or modification?

Yes, yes, and yes. M2/3/4 437m are 19x9 et29, 19x10 et40. Many run the M/4 size of 255/275 with zero issues.
