I mean half the topics in general have a place in the sub forums but don't get posted there. People are either lazy or dumb and the forum obviously has little to no moderation. I'm actually surprised they haven't made a separate m2 forum I think the m2 people have been asking for it since it was announced.

Read what you wrote I think you proved my point more than refuted it. More the ones what tires, or my oil change stuff along those lines where when posted in proper sections as the years pass people can find the info easier. So slow your role there big man. Ill add a picture of our tech forums that most seem to forget exist for most of the posts in the general section. Ill even add a screen of the posts im talking about so you understand better. 12 of those 17 topics dont belong in the gen forums.

I'll vote for people being too lazy. Even if folks get it in the right tech category they don't bother to see it there have been a number of other threads dealing with EXACTLY the same issue they raise, so they start a new identical thread. And yes, the M2 post mixups are happening too often.
