763m m2 cs

Guys, i'm miserable. I want to upgrade my wheels and i really like the 763m from the m2 cs.
I checked with my pusher and he has a very good deal for the wheels with tires and tmps. i was wondering the color. It sould be jet black
i have 3 options
frozen gold,
jet black
matte black
The jet black otion in the description says: 2 color jet black matt / glanzgefräst

do you guys now something more than me?

Does enyone have the opportunity to check on etk and see the m2 cs part number?

The M2CS are a glossy black, watch Joe Achilles' video. Haven't seen part numbers posted, yet.

The M2 sizes (19" F&R) are matte black - what I have and really like

The M3/M4 CS sizes (20" rears) are orbit gray - thought about these but wasn't sure if they would fit and later found someone on the board running them, so they do fit.

All 19" and 20" are offered in frozen gold - not my favorite

I like the Matt black too but since there is a glossy black available and I don't have Matt parts on the car I prefer getting the glossy version

Folks in the US have easier access to the Richland Forged 763m clones, which come in more colors: https://www.richlandforged.com/produ...&category_id=2

Unsure how much shipping would be to you vs buying actual 763m's and powder coating them if you weren't happy with the color.

Nice find... I like the different colour options. Will definitely be looking into these for my summers instead of 763m's. Says they are lightweight... Would you happen to know if they are similar weight to 763m? (Around 21 lbs I believe...)

They're similar weight, but I'm sure just a bit more because they are 9.5 & 10.5. They're true 763M knock-off's as well, exact style, just missing the ///M Performance logo, replaced by either a RF logo or none at all (extra).

No question it'll be the RF wheels for me, I just wish like hell they would have changed the rear offset a bit so we could all get them and happily run 295's without issue. The +26 front is fine, I just wish that rear +35 was +43.

Ok yeah that makes sense, highly doubt they would be lighter if wider. I'm guessing 295's would rub at +35?

I saw them but there are 2 major issues.
They are not really willing to ship to eu,especially Italy or Switzerland and they took kind of excuses.

They are wider and we cannot cheng the tire size unfortunately.
There are the titans-7 as an alternative

The answer to that one is; it depends.

If you're at stock height you will *probably* have no issues at all. However, the moment you start to lower the car you're probably going to need to do some tweaking. A 295 on 10.5 really needs a +40 at minimum, and +45 is really best. So if you lower the car, you're probably looking at additional camber, or running a 295 that doesn't run so wide (which most guys won't, they want the PS4S).

To me, 9.5 & 10.5 need 265/30 & 285/30, exactly as Dinan spec'd. For a street driven car, it can't get better than this IMO. And no, the PS4S doesn't come in those sizes, but the Firehawk Indy does, and it's a much better choice for tires that wear fast anyway, so that's what I'll be getting with my RF wheels.

Get the 763 in matt!
Gloss black is far from being perfect!

Wow those rims look nice as well! Yeah that sounds like a nice set up... I had the Firehawks on my old M5, definitely good bang for your buck tire choice.

The reason is pretty simple:
I have those in matt black and just have ordered the same set in matt black. So the new set will be for summer and I will keep the existing set as a winter or track day dedicated set.

Gloss black will just hide the beauty of all the angles af 763s.

That's matter of preference. I don't have anything matt on the car so I believe the glossy version matches better

No-no-no!
Just trust me! I don’t have anything matt on my car except for the rims.

I did have both gloss black rims and matt rims on one of my cars. Matt black is in most cases classy! It depends on the design of the rim, but the 763s are just excellent in matt.

I'm sure you like but when I have to spend 3k I tend to thrust myself 😅. I do appreciate your suggestion though..what color is your car?

763M matte black look sooo nice I'm incredibly fussy about wheels aftermarket or otherwise.

In matte they have a rarified special prototype almost appeal. I'm gloss I think they'd look nice still but more generic.

+1 for matt/satin vs gloss - hids brake dust better too

I've been ruminating over this as well. I tend to like the matte black when I look at them by themselves compared to gloss black, but I have no matte black on my car and it would pain me to add another finish type. I have HS, Some CF bits and Gloss Black and that's all.

I think back to when I ordered the car and if I could have ordered matte black wheels or gloss black wheels with my spec, I would have ordered gloss black.

Ordered the CS gloss black wheels last night!
