These can work with the stock struts with stock or sport springs.

How easy is it to change the camber settings?

Yes, these will work with OE struts with OE or sport springs.

I can't say how easy it is since I don't know your mechanical knowledge and background.

If you are making any camber adjustments, alignment is highly recommended.

Do you happen to know if the TCKline plates will mate up to KW V3's with the oem adapter installed? Already have the plates on H&R springs and just ordered a set of KW's.

No, they will not. There is no confirmation of that.

The KW's do not come with top mounts, and all the instructions I see have them bolting up the OEM tops. How would the TCKline's with the OEM adapter not fit?

I'm not really interested in getting new camber plates, particularly the "sliding" style that people tend to run.
