Of course not, you missed the point. I don't like the blue on the Mazda. If it was a purple Mazda and the M2 came in Daytona Violet this wouldn't be an issue. It's just an example of a color that I deal with every day and I know I don't like it. Anyways, we all know pictures don't mean crap. I just need to wait until a LBB SUV shows up at the dealership and I will go see for myself.

Car size has a big impact on color perception. I've seen SUV's that looked terrible and smaller cars with the same color that looked way better. I wouldn't base my decision solely on seeing a LBB SUV.

We were in Munich yesterday returning our ED delivery 235 and saw two blue ones. Unfortunately the encounters were brief and we were not ready with a camera, but we definitely liked what we saw.

The taillight wraps around too much and the vertical line reflectors all make t appear bulky and mucked up. |

It will drop enough by itself (mind you - those are straight from the production vehicles). Believe me or not, but my M235i settled down by as much as an inch after 10,000 km (oops... sorry for mentioning an M235i in this exclusive forum).

Some new pictures! LBB looks darker indoors. Gorgeous color.
Look how wide the rear fender is. This is probably the best photo showing how wide the M2 is. 3rd picture down. |

Just track down an X5M or X6M in you area before you order the M2,thats what I did.You have to see LBB in person, you can't go by any of the pictures. The color changes quite a bit in different lighting and looks fantastic IMO.

Hope we get to see some real world pics in other colours before my spec is locked in.
Love the blue but not sure im brave enough to order it as the car will be a daily. One maybe good thing is it only seems to be a bright blue in strong sunlight, here in the UK it will look darker most of the time.
