Love the wrap and color. This version M2 is one of the best. I wonder what the next gen M2 will look like.

Nice car.
In my experience, there's no such thing as a track and street build. There will always be a heavy compromise one way or the other. Cars that do great at the track will suck on the street and vice versa. |

Great build! Just curious... How's the ride quality on the street with the Ohlins?

Love it.
Looks all business. No tacky mods, mismatched diffusers, huge wings, or stuffed animals in the back windows. Maybe just add real ///M mirrors later. Love the n55 |

Might switch to JRZ Pro or AST something in the future if the building is going to be 100% track used. |

But if you are willing to have a complete street set up like PS4S+street pads and 15-20 clicks softer setting Id say its tolerable on the street. Way better than OEM but also comfortable for 2-4hr long drives. This whole comfort and daily thing is really different among people. Some say its comfortable some can't even stand a stock M2 suspension so🤷 |

If I were u or anyone else looking for M2 or M2 Competition fitment I recommend the 18*9.5 squared ET35 or 19*9.5 ET27 and 19*10.5 ET44. These two are the perfect fitment on F87 platform. The ET27 and ET44 will able to fit 265/30 and 295/30 tires with no issue at all and lower it max. Im rubbing a tiny bit but its alright. I have posted a in-depth review of the tire+wheel fitment for my set up in another thread. Feel free to take a look. : |

You think? I built my M2 similar with coilovers and camber plates and I just swap out my square 18x10 Apex's with r-comps, and adjust dampening to softest setting after autocross. (I'll swap in and out brake pads on a track day.) But Feels very nice and oem. I'm sure his car is the same.

It was still a compromise that not only increased noise/vibration/harshness, but also wore out tires faster due to negative camber on the street. Straight line stability also suffered. There's always a tradeoff. However small or big that tradeoff is depends on the individual and how much you can live with on a daily basis. Assuming that you drive you car daily, which I did. |

Here's some recent update to the Anthracite Grey M2 Track build. Just got these awesome StopTech Trophy BBK installed. Before the car was running PFC11 track pads, stainless steel brake lines with Castro SRF racing fluid. I really like the unpainted anodized finish of the caliper. It really matches the Anthracite Grey color. I didn't get the chance to weigh these but they should be able save about 5lbs per corner compared to the stock system.
I haven't had the chance to put these to the test at track due to all the coronavirus cancellations. But initial impression is that these bite so much harder than the stock calipers. Brake pedal feel is more gradual and progressive. One thing to point out is that there is a lot of modulation in the brake pedal and the deeper you push the pedal the harder it bites. The stock brake system with track pads bite hard initially but there's not much modulation at the end of the pedal. This BBK also feels a lot stable under heavy braking, the rear end doesn't twitch at all compared to stock. |
