12v outlet at the rear or trunk?

Sorry guys, silly question. Does the car have a 12v power outlet at the rear or inside the trunk? Thanks

Don't think 1/2series got 12v outlet in trunk, but seen people retrofit afterwards...

Yes my 2017 OG M2 has a outlet in the trunk.

But what would one do with it?

Well for starters you could plug in your air pump when you get a flat (It's located under the trunk mat by the battery).

Well for starters you could plug in your air pump when you get a flat (It's located under the trunk mat by the battery).

You can also add a power inverter to convert DC to AC current, for a portable power cooler or whatever in the trunk. Comes in handy on road trips..
