May I ask you a question ?

Your car has had a pure500 replaced and uses a Wagner sportcat. There are no heat problems, right?

I heard that Stage 3 should use a catless exhaust.


My car uses Pure 750
and uses a catless exhaust. I feel that the smell is very strong.
So I want to go back to using sportcat.

I have no issues with heat, it could use less backpressure but the noise would be even worse which is a problem on track and the smell is horrible indeed. You could put in a catted downpipe but I would check the tune to make sure it's not pulling timing after fitting it.

Some pictures from Spa-Francorchamps. Had a great day, saw some strange behaviour from people with more money than skills, had 6 red flags. It was very cold (4°C/39°F), not easy to get temperature in the tires.

I didn't do lap timing because it was forbidden by the organization according to the briefing so I'll have to look at the videos later. Feeling says sub 3min. In total 60-70 laps done with 0 issues and a lot of fun moments.
