How to know if tuned (M2)

Hey everyone, I was wondering how I can find out if my used M2 I bought it already tuned. I wasn’t told anything about it being tuned but am a little uncertain with the power it has at the moment. I’m thinking it is stage 1 but not sure. I have an MHD OBD reader and am curious if I can check with that but without having to buy the license.
Thanks, any help is appreciated.

Check the sports dials display in the idrive. If mapped they're usually much higher figures on the gauges!

Well that too. I checked those, and I know BMW is known for putting a little bit higher than the actual HP displays but right now the horsepower is sitting at 480 on sport displays, and stock HP is about 370 +-

Are you saying it shows a max hp of 480 ? If so, then there is a tune on your car. I think in stock form it was showing 400 max and when I got my MHD tune it went to 480 max. Does your car have any bolt on upgrades? You wouldn’t want to be running a tune without the supporting upgrades. The charge pipe is likely to go and not good for the stock cat on stage 2.

I figured out the tuning part. I was tuned but I switched over to MHD stage 2, with VRSF Catless downpipe.
