OPF-delete no Tune.

hey all. I've seen some posts of a no-tune solution for an OPF delete being edvertised on here but haven't yet been able to get ahold of the info on it.

With DPF deletes you can throw some resistors inline with the lambda pressure sensors on the cat. is the possible with an OPF? I cant map because im not losing warranty and I have called my local up and they said an exhaust swap is fine as it wont void warranty pre-cat.

Thanks
