My mods, for clarification are: - Wagner Stage 2 Evo FMIC - IPE High Flow (not catless downpipe) - IPE titanium exhaust - Turbosmart VR11 Plumb Back diverter valve - Upgraded aluminum charge pipe - Dorch Stage 2 HPFP I'm also running Pilot Sport Cup 2's with 10mm wider rubber front and back - no idea if that makes much of a difference. There's a chance that the high flow IPE cat is causing restriction and that's what's leading to the lower times, but I can't really be bothered getting a catless DP to check. |

I suppose it’s still possible to time but can understand it being a hassle going back to 98 Ron and flashing the 98 ots to test and then revert back to your current setup. Your mods all look spot on, hi flow cat will probably be a slight restriction given you’re pushing the oem turbo to its upper limit. I also run a 255/275 tyre setup too. It can be difficult to compare times from different continents due to conditions however your temp, elevation etc seems pretty good. If anything I think the deltas between maps should be comparable and I reckon if you did time the 98 ots it would probably run a high 9 100-200. |

I can swap back to a pump OTS, though over here we typically run the 95 version just due to fuel quality. It's funny, we have pretty average 98 but our E85 always contains at least 85% ethanol. I'm currently going through the revision process with Halim from BM3 and will see if he can do an E85 flash for me. So I'll wait until that's all finalised before swapping back to pump and measuring that. |

Halims work is great, I worked with him on v5.7 ots Pump updates. Would be cool to see the numbers from his work too. Good luck 👍🏼 |

Installed the Dorch Engineering Stage 2 pump She's running like a beast. I'm using BM3 and just flashed to the same Stg2 map that I have but with the Dorch pump selected in the map config. It feels so much more comfortable in the high rpms.

We tried taking boost up to 23+ with an N20 TMAP, but my poor little Dinan turbo didn’t make anymore power doing so. |

Stage 2 from Dorch or Spool are less than half the price, easier to install, easier to “turn on” via BM3 or MHD, and flow plenty enough for anything you’re going to do with the N55.
And, several xdi guys have had issues with TTFS support, so I’d steer well clear. |

Based on my work with my Dinan turbo I think you could get another 25whp out of the stock turbo. But we need some volunteers to find out! Last edited by ZM2; 09-22-2020 at 09:01 PM.. |

Over here a few guys have done an upgraded hpfp with 99 ron (93) and gained 20-30 bhp. Gains on e30/40 should obviously be greater. |
